First and foremost, I apologize for my lack of activity here. With school and work, it kind of kills my mood to come on here for one and for two it kills my mood to post. Yes I have been going around and commenting here and there. Faving, but mostly just lurking. Hopefully this summer will look more promising!

As for what's been up....quiet a few things despite me not being here. With school and registering...I had a small episode with the school. I was trying to register for Biology 101. Currently I'm in Biology 102 (which is a higher section). I want to take 101 becuase it will help with my major. I wasn't planing on taking it, but what the hell? So I go to register all my classes. Everything turns up fine except for Bio 101. The system was telling me I couldn't take the course because my pre reqs weren't met which makes NO sense. Here is the order of things:

Chem 4 -> Chem 1A -> Bio 102
Chem 4 -> Bio 101

Those are the pre reqs. for those classes. I didn't take Chem 4. I tested into Chem 1A, so I didn't need to take them. Because of that, and because the school has to do things manually, it took them 5 days to tell me that I needed to go to one place then to another place to get the class cleared, even though I'm currently in a higher class. If that doesn't make sense, just think this: It was a bunch of bull. That's the easiest way of putting it. Anyway, I got it done...so that doesn't matter anymore.

Another update: my mother is in the hospital. Now before anyone freaks out asking what happened in an uncalm matter...let me explain?

She had knee surgery back in March. She came home and was all good and dandy while she healed. Then she went in for surgery #2 on her other knee. She came out and was fine...not. While in surgery, something happened which resulted in a poor blood circulation to her foot. In result, her foot went numb. So she went in a second time and they fixed it. She's slowly gaining feeling in her foot again good for her...bad for everyone else. I don't mean to so0und heartless or whatever, oh wait, yes I do: but the fact is, is that things have been so much better at home without her. No yelling. No stupid annoying fits. No worrying about her getting pissy. Nothing. I've gone to visit her and every visit has ended in me asking myself "why am I coming to see her again? WHY?" So I've decided not to see her. I'm not going to go out of my way to get yelled. I don't care if she is in the hospital. She's not dying. She even yelled at my dad for her trying to help her. All she does it yell yell yell...

On a plus side, she won't be able to go with my sister's and myself when we go to Virgina this summer for a family reunion. My dad's going to stay behind with her so no parents. Tis going to be awesome. We leave July 8th and come back on the 12th I think. Not too long but it's going to be nice to get away from California for a while.

Lastly in my little update....Earthquakes. We've had two in the last 2 days. The first was on Sunday at 8:39pm. It was a 4.7 - 5.0 and lasted for 15 to 30 seconds. With that one, my sister, my friend and I went to get some dinner at the Lazy Dog. While waiting for our food it happened. Everything jolted forward and started to shake. I thought it was going to get worse but it didn't. So after that we tried making calls...which didn't work. All the lines were busy with people calling. We couldn't even get texts out until an hour after it happened. When we did get them through, everyone was fine. When my sister and I got home, we checked for damages. Nothing fell and nothing broke. Lol we had glass vases near the side and 3 china closets. Nothing broke o.o My mother was more worried about the dog...just wanted to throw that in >_>

Today (5/19) we had another. It happened while I was in Biology class. It was a 4.1, not as strong but still close to the one we had two days before. Happened at 3:39pm. I'm not sure how long it lasted but it happened RIGHT before we were going to work with bacteria and fire x_X

***Update***

So we had yet another earthquake today at 7:48pm PST. It was a 2.7 this time. I was changing in my sister's bathroom to go to the gym when it hit. I thought I was going crazy so I called my younger sister to see if she felt it too. Lol she did, so this leads me to wonder....is something more coming?
